 Aura is a certified clinical hypnotherapist with over 13 years of experience in counseling all ages. My training is as a Master level transpersonal counseling, psychology, and art therapy practitioner. I also use Buddhist based deep relaxation and body/mind awareness exercises in my hypnosis work. In the last 3 years my focus has been on trauma intervention release work. During the week, I am an art therapy consultant for the Psychological Trauma Center affiliated with Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. She works with over 30 inner city school children, turning around Kindergarten-5th grade children at high risk for failing in school.   She also has a private practice with adults, and is about to release her first hypnosis CD addressing the general release of stress, anxiety and trauma.
